Why is there no reception from O2 in the Cirencester area. Yesterday it said there was a faulty mast when I checked live status, now it says it's fine, but there has been no coverage or usability of my mobile phone for 2 days now, and I am thoroughly fed up. The contact method on the o2 site is appalling with apparently nobody available. Help!

Also try turning your phone off and on to see if this helps re connection.

Have you tried switching the phone off/on? Try also cleaning the sim card.
