Purchased 2 Sony experior 4 aqua phones yesterday

set up as mutch as possible, 1 handset will do evrything fine except recieve calls the old phone rings . the same phone number was kept.?

 

the second handset has been set the same but has not managed to connect to the 02 network even after manually requesting it NO SERVICE. ? 

 

Can anyone shed light on these problems?

Did you have to do a sim swap?

If you did it can take up to 24 hours to complete

Neither sim is activated by the sounds of it.

If you did a sim swap it make be still waiting to connect. Turn your phone off and back on again.. If still having the same problem then....
