Hello

Mrs is in portugal and cant get phone on network. She has a sam galaxy ace 4 and cant get registered on network. Anyone any advice to help.Shes restarted phone but to no avail. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Ask her to try a manual network search.
Settings >More >Mobile networks >Network operators and wait for phone search. Try selecting different operators from the list.

I'd guess either the phone or sim has gone faulty then.

Either that, or no network coverage where she is?
How long is she away for?

shes away to saturday, was a new phone 3 weeks ago, old ace 4 had no problems in portugal. thanks anyhow

phone purchased from 02 in uk, its just give her a option vodafone p, meo, nos but none work

If it won't connect by tomorrow I'd suggest she tries to contact CS to get her account checked. Sometimes it can take a while to register when roaming though.http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
