The support team said that it should be working fine. Yes, it might be because of the network operator services here. I will call them to see if they can help.

Thank you. I removed the sim and put it back. Also, I have tried to select another network operator, but then re-selected manually the one that the sim was previously connected to, because the other network was not supported. Even I changed the hands...
