Can you believe the absolute garbage they subject us to when we're on hold? That stupid trumpet song is like nails on a chalkboard! O2 better get their act together and switch it out for something decent ASAP. It's hands down the most irritating hold...

O2's customer service is a complete disaster! Every time I try to speak to an agent, I'm stuck on hold for a freaking eternity, at least 45 agonizing minutes! And when they finally pick up, they couldn't care less about the endless wait I've endured....
