PAC code transfer not happened

Gave o2 my PAC number at the weekend and my old number still hasn’t been ported across. Why is it taking so long?

Tried that but no response. Was wondering if people had experience of it taking a long time - if I just wait it out will they eventually get round to it. Not a good start to changing to o2 - wondering if I made a mistake!

Filled out form for transfer of number at weekend and number has still not been changed. How can I chase this up?
