Big Bundle change of plan

I have changed to a big bundle , have received confirmation email, but it is still showing on my account my old plan and agreement. Does it not update straight away?

Big Bundle upgrade

I am kn the o2 site trying to upgrade to a Big Bundle plan within payg, but it Says it will not start till 12 Feb 2038. What is the point in that?
