Hi. Ive recently changed my sim from a pay as you go to a pay monthly.
Ive kept my old number but ever since ive swapped the sim card, I cant
text or use any internet. I can still make phonecalls and receive texts.
Any idea what the issue is? Thanks
I did as you wrote. I can't choose, it automatically selects the old APN
for me. I have 4G on the old APN, but I have no internet connection. I
checked my account on o2 and it's not changed to "PAY monthly".
