I bought a payg sim for the memorable number and requested it be transferred to my monthly contract last night. Any idea how long this will take?

I know it’s picky but how do I edit my name in the app? It’s all written in lower case letters and I’d like my name to start with a capital letter! (Can you tell I work in a school?)
