Been charged for spam text messages supposedly I have received. Tried to ring Customer Services. 45 min wait!

I have emailed valuestay.mobi customer services to unsubscribe & ask for a refund. The have agreed & asked for my bank details. Not happy about giving them that information but how else do I get my money back?
