My iPhone 11 Pro on a monthly O2 contract will not `accept calls from my landline. Is this a problem with my O2 settings?

Have done. No problems there. Now going down to the O2 shop.

Yes a number of times. Also waited overnight in case the e-sim had to be activated. Still unable to make or receive calls?
