Hi my name is Patrick the other day I added a bolt on giving me extra data why can't I see it on the My O2 app

Yeah using the bolt on tried changing my tarif but it keeps saying something went wrong was getting so I just left it

When I looked at the bolt on iv added ot says it is active but not showing the extra data
