Hi over the past couple of days I’ve had no network coverage at all,I’ve turned device on and off and plane mode but still nothing!any idea please?

Just back from Apple Cambridge,they tried to sort it but ended up giving my son a new phone,thanks for your advice

Hi Martin, I received a new sim from 02 which wouldn’t work so went to 02 store they had no luck so to cut a long story I’ve got an appointment at the Apple store in Cambridge on Friday to either fix or exchange for a new one
