HiI managed to get through to o2 !!!!  just for future ref they can unblock this problem from their end only which they are now doing he said it’s a common problem !!! Yippee

Unfortunately that doesn’t work with turned both phones off and on then changed sim several times .. it does mention on guru unblocking with an international no which I can’t find ???

So phone is faulty ??

Help my new sim states it should be working but my new phone states sim not recognised network????
