WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO DO LIVE CHAT WITH A `GURU`???
DOES O2 SEND TXTS TO SAY THIS;-... "O2: Payment for your latest bill could not be processed by your bank. Please update your payment information via: ... then it give a blue link whereupon you need to sign in etc? WOULD THIS BE A SCAM??
