Hi, my phone keeps losing all signal telling me I'm in airplane mode
when it's not activated. I still can access wifi but when I physically
turn on airplane mode this stops working as it should do.
I took out a dim only contract for my mum and completed a keep my own
number form. Everything has gone through and is showing on my O2 but
when the number is called it says it is not recognised and when dialing
out on the new SIM it comes up with the...
All sorted now. Was a faulty SIM and the customer service team were
excellent. Had to go into my local O2 store to get a new SIM and the
guys in there were fantastic also.Thanks everyone.
