My number is not recognised

I took out a dim only contract for my mum and completed a keep my own number form. Everything has gone through and is showing on my O2 but when the number is called it says it is not recognised and when dialing out on the new SIM it comes up with the number that came with it.

You will need to call customer services and explain what's happening Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

They will be able to sort this. They are open from 8.00am

All sorted now. Was a faulty SIM and the customer service team were excellent. Had to go into my local O2 store to get a new SIM and the guys in there were fantastic also.
