Loss of signal data and messages

Hi, my phone keeps losing all signal telling me I'm in airplane mode when it's not activated. I still can access wifi but when I physically turn on airplane mode this stops working as it should do.

Check your network status here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? 

If that seems ok, then think about going instore for a new sim. Take some ID.
