Managed to get through to O2 Customer Services on about the 10th attempt
about the text message issue, then "held in a queue, expected wait 30
mins" following which I was cut off 5 minutes later. This has happened
twice. Yet according to the BBC all ...
I would report these issues to customer services, as they seem to only
be affecting PAYG users, and the PAYG SMSC I would if I could but unable
to get through...
Nokia C2-O2 handset. Yes I've tried rebooting. It just keeps continually
trying to send the same text(s), telling me that the process has failed
& charging me every time, I lost some of my Pay As You Go balance before
I realised what the phone was do...
I'm very annoyed because, not only am I getting messages telling me that
my texts are failing to send, the cost of each failed text has been
deducted from my Pay As You Go balance.... Daylight robbery by this
company - it's ridiculous.
