I tried to add the rolling plan but when asked for payment it doesn't
accept my card. I manager only to top up my balance,but then don't know
how to switch to a rolling plan.
It doesn't work. My balance is when i try to choose the rolling plan
it askes me to pay again but doesnt even accept the card( same card
which i used to top up)
