Hey everyone! How is your Thursday going?
If you noticed a few changes to the Community today, don't worry, it's not your imagination. We're really pleased to officially announce an updated version of our O2 Community Home page!
Many of you have provided valuable feedback about the home page over the past few months and we wanted to say a big thank you!
We have made sure to include as much of it as possible in this version and continue working towards future improvements. Here a short list of changes!
Please note also that the Ideas section has now been archived which was also something that was asked about. Thank you very much everyone who posted an idea or voted for one, it's much appreciated!
Please do continue posting and discussing your ideas and feedback in the Feedback board. We do love to hear all you have to say and we make sure all your feedback is shared with O2.
Let us know what you think of these changes, and as always, keep your feedback coming.

They did that when they tested the new home page layout some months back @Glory1
Some were selected and others weren't. (I preferred the old page so didn't appreciate being one of the chosen ones

Well I think personally that the old page was better but it looks like the new layout is here to stay. We will all get used to it but I don't think that O2 will ever inform us of changes to their main pages.

I like the old page too @jonsie and, personally, will continue to do what I've always done: if it's an account problem/query, pick up the phone and speak to CS. Any tech questions, I rely on you guys.Thank God I'm not new and having to navigate that nonsense.
And you're right @jonsie O2 won't inform us of changes to the main pages. We just supply the suggestions when asked and are then ignored with O2 going their own way.

At least it's good to know @Glory1 that O2 do at least think the community serves a purpose so as long as they think that then the community will exist. I just hope that we are cost effective but it's when the decision makers decide otherwise.....well you know the rest, so I won't be rocking any boats. That's not to say I won't criticise when things happen that are out of our control.
