Been given a wrong tracking id

My parcel got dispatched on Thursday 12th October with next day delivery through DPD and I haven't received it yet, but DPD can't help as O2 have given me an incorrect tracking number, any help would be appreciated

As we are all customers here and cannot access accounts Your best bet is to contact O2

Payment Management may be the best bet

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

 

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

 

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
