can't pass 02s credit checks?

No idea why but for some reason I can't join o2 as I can't pass the credit checks. Never had any problems. I'm currently with 3 on a sim only contract. Never had any issues.

Well I have a situation that the computer says no but everyone i speak to in O2 agrees its wrong but cannot be overriden.

Have one business account and one personal account, which is my sons phone.

Want to bring the business account over to personal, but fail the credit check. So stayed business account and got a new iphone 5s on the way, but cant even get a personal sim deal.

Crazy!!

Hi John,

What a silly situation to be in.

Let us know if you manage to find a workaround at all !

Take care.

The only work around would be for someone to be able to overwrite the computer.
I am paying exactly the same so not bothered but wanted refresh. I now have a 5s 32g business contract and offered what I want. I have also been offered any upgrade I want on my personal contract. But son will take over that one as he is now old enough. So my monthly outlay is say now 24 x £30 rather than 24 x £51 but I am offered what I want on existing contracts. All I wanted was either new iPhone or happy to accept any sim only tariff to restore credit acceptance in time. If you wish to pm me I would happily discuss and find any work around but been told it's not possible as the computer says no! I have a mortgage and credit card and been on voters role for £25 years.

I also offered a deposit of £200 on sim only deal, leaving me massive out of pocket, but can't even get to that level as the computer says nope lol. I have a new iPhone on order for same outlay as a personal contract so not overly fussed. As I type just got O2 text to say phone will be in soon and dispatched shortly after. I would have happily had a personal sim and waited till iPhone 6 next year, even with deposit as stated but no human in O2 can offer this.
Happily be pm by anyone in authority and discuss on phone or via email.
