Solved: O2 switch up/Gifts

Good evening,

I was wondering what happens if you want to use O2 switch up but took out a contract which included a free gift. I took out a Google 6 Pro which came with a gift card but I swear to god, the battery life is getting worse and I am fed up with modem/reception issues.

If I return the handset through O2 switch up what happens to the Pre-Paid Gift card if it's already been used?
