Not Receiving Text Messages

My phone has stopped recieving text messages. I can seeemingly send them ok, but I am not recieving them. This seems to have started today, as I recieved text messages yesterday.

but there are numerous problems with texts currently, it would appear.

What phone have you got?

If still nothing by the morning, I can ask @O2Lisa to tae a look for you.

I have a Samsung S8+.

 

As said some texts have come through, and I been able to have a conversation with someone so that is ok. But I don't seem to be getting text messages from my wife's phone (also on 02), though she gets my messages.

Have you checked your blocked numbers in the message app @Mumble_Swerve ?

I think Samsung call it the spam filter.

Hi @MI5 ,

 

I checked and it wasn't blocked.

 

However, It appears to be working now, all the backed up messages from my wife's phone have come through, and messages go back & forth ok now.

My working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 18:00
