Hello, i just got a new sim for taking on holiday for me, i chose the big bundle £10 when i ordered the sim but now i think i'd much prefer the Big Talker,....would i be able to change this over before i top up the sim?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What choices did it give you?

When i go to change tarriff while phoning 4444 gives me the options -

press 2 for big bundle tarriffs

press 3 for simplicty tarriffs

Checked both tarriffs in both and was no big talker or similar one. Thanks for the help tho!

Strange. I'd get onto live chat and get them to change it before I topped up.
