Hi,
I've got two O2 numbers. One of my numbers has a bill of £1700 as I was stupid to use charge to bill and didn't keep track of what I was spending. O2 have put a bar on incoming and out going calls and texts on that number. Will O2 but a restriction on my other O2 number (the bill on this number is paid).

That's a crazy amount of charges though. The problem is that obviously O2 will be taking steps to recover the amount if the charges are genuine. This may impact on your ability to pay your contract that is currently up to date.
Perhaps you can tell us what the charges are then it can serve as a warning to others?

I agree and better controls need to be inplace, alowing a £1700 spend without warning or blocking the service as mentioned on the linked faq is imoral this should have a monthly spend cap (£100?) unless the user agrees to another set ammount? @Toby one to feed back
