When it says "You can see all your messages, even the ones we couldn’t deliver in July, in your online account." where can you see them? I can't see that option anywhere and the live chat agent didn't know either.

I actually thought it meant some SMS (sent by anyone) weren't delivered but it seems they just meant the ones sent by O2.
