Just a heads up – some of our messages in July may not have come through to you.

Some of the messages you might have missed include your notification that your bill was ready.  

 

You can see all your messages, even the ones we couldn’t deliver in July, in your online account. 

 

Got any questions? Call us free from your O2 mobile on 202 if you’re a Pay Monthly customer, or 4445 if you’re on a Pay As You Go plan. Otherwise, it’s 0344 809 0202* from any other phone.

When it says "You can see all your messages, even the ones we couldn’t deliver in July, in your online account." where can you see them? I can't see that option anywhere and the live chat agent didn't know either.

Thanks. It's a poor email! 😊

I actually thought it meant some SMS (sent by anyone) weren't delivered but it seems they just meant the ones sent by O2.
