I thought I was able to make calls whilst I was away from my phone, but it only let's me do emergency calls.  I was never offered minutes with my tariff.  I have 1G per month but I don't seem to be able to use WhatsApp to make calls neither.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks

Also note that your phone needs to be turned on and in service regardless of having it with you or not.

You will need a eSIM linked to an appropriate account if you want to use it in cellular mode

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
