Hello I purchased a phone case with my contract that arrived today but I don’t like it. The man said I can return it but I don’t know how to? Please can you send me rerun details and how to post it back please

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Actually I just rang o2 and they said to resolve it through myo2 app and hung up on my twice. Nothing wrong with the case I just want to return it as it’s not worth £30. Thank you

Hello, did I ever get my refund from my phone cover case that I returned because I can’t see it came out of any of my bills as the lady on the phone said it would be deducted
