An update on O2 refresh payment methods
Very recently O2 Refresh customers started to have the option to pay their bil online but until now they couldn't do it over the phone without speaking to an advisor. This has now changed! So no need to wait for an advisor to be available!
Through the IVR, Refresh customers can now:
- Listen to how much they owe for their Device plan, Airtime plan or both combined
- Pay their Device and/or Airtime bill via IVR if they owe only one month’s bill
- Pay their outstanding balance for their Device and/or Airtime via the IVR if they owe more than one month’s bill

No bolt on for these numbers so download the 'saynoto870' app for alternate numbers. Please don't use 118118, its a complete rip off.
