I have just moved from pay and go to a monthly contracted checked my bill I have been charged for sending multi media message @26p per recipient.
They are offering a refund of 50% has anyone else got a refund for this and if so how much
also I had a credit balance on my pay and go and don't see it on my account where should I check anyone know

You have sent a message to mutiple people which turns to MMS.

There are a number of threads on this and quite a few people having the same problem. Customer service seem to using 50% refund as a standard for all complainants.
