Welcome to the Word Hunt Diamond - Game 70
The game is open to all members.
Each week, a grid of nine letters in a diamond will be posted.
The aim of the game is to find the target number of words [as in the source used for the game] using only the letters in the grid.
This week`s "diamond" is as follows:

S T
A D B
I U
Y
This week`s target is 79 words - using only the letters in the diamond - including one 9-letter words.
The rules:
Each word must contain four letters or more and must include the red letter D.
No proper names are allowed.
Scottish words and American spellings are allowed.
Each letter in the grid can only be used once in each word [for example, BUDDY isn`t allowed]
Of course, words do not have to start with the red letter D
Only one word per post.
Please wait until someone else has posted before posting again.
I will endeavour to give regular updates on each page [so as to avoid scrolling back] of the words found and the number of words still to be found.
The Word Hunt Diamond game is open to all members.

Pleased you enjoyed the game.
Well done @Cleoriff on finding the nine-letter word and well done to @pgn on finding the last word.
Great team effort again - with not so many players this time - but nailed it really quickly.
Although a lot of less common words and words not in the list were found from early on, once again one quite common word wasn`t found until the end of the game.
I might try and find a tougher game for next week with either a slightly bigger target or a more unusual red-letter.
It`s your game, I just run it, so what sort of WHD would you prefer next time??

DISBAR was not in the list [in the source used for the game] but in dictionaries so allowed as word not in the list and was included as such in the last update -

You asked what type of game? I always think games which include the letter S are easy as you just add a S on the end to make it plural. My opinion (for what it's worth) lol

Just get a reporters notepad @Anonymous. I see the first word an then scribble the others I think of. When they are given on the list, I just cross them out. Lol
