The storm continued overnight and is ongoing now. Heavy rain and strong winds, although nothing like as bad as the reported conditions in Wales and the West. No evidence of structural damage or flooding but nevertheless a bleak day. 

A colder day too ; 6 degrees celsius at the time of writing.

Sunday am Cold and very windy.

Blowing so hard it keeps closing small conservatory window which we leave open for the cats!

Still now, and grey - looks like it blew itself out overnight, thankfully. 8ºC forecast today, down to 2 overnight, rain given around noon.

Scary time winds blowing from Friday.

Rain on and off.

Short power outage overnight.

Today still windy and blustery  but with less force and storm travelling east.

The storm continued overnight with strong winds and heavy rail. The latter stopped at breakfast time and the wind has gradually subsided as the day has gone on. Bleak, grey and now going dark too.

A much calmer day ; grey and overcast, an occasional heavy shower and a stiff breeze.

Seems colder 3c. Forecast says will feel a winter chill tomorrow. I'm feeling it now!!
