Thursday Quiz Day

Hi, Hello, How are you?

In the style of QI, here is a once-a-week quiz....

Every Thursday there will be a new question. You have until 11am (British time) Friday to answer.

The rules:

- post should read: title of quiz and answer

- only one answer per post, but you may post more than once

- you may agree with another poster and post same/similar answer (if correct will also get trophy)

- no googling the answer

- on Friday morning, incorrect answers will get the infamous *klaxon*;

  posters with the correct answer will get

Actually I remember the quiz was in a bar in Spain so they are safe!

Probably the quizmaster used WiKi or google. I didn't but really thought I had the right answer....damn and blast

The new Thursday Quiz will appear on a new thread on Thursday 28 Feb 2019...

Before that, all you lovely Community members can choose the subject for that quiz - from:

Landmarks, Science, or Nature

So please post your choice on here - you have until 11.59pm on Wed 27 Feb, and the most popular choice of subject will be chosen

A gentle reminder - the new Thursday quiz is only two days away and will be on a new thread.

Everyone is welcome to have a go and you can choose the subject of this next Thursday Quiz from

   Landmarks; Science; or Nature

Everyone has until midnight tomorrow [Wednesday] to cast their vote on the subject.

The question will be on the subject chosen with the most "votes" and posted Thursday morning.
