Talking about pets

Do you have a pet? Do you have preferences?

I don't fall in the cat or dog person category. I don't think I'm right for snakes or insects or lizards, mammals or birds are more my thing. Had many cats but no dogs (compensated that with volunteering in dog kennels), many rodents and now I have 2 ferrets and a cat (the ferret count is going to go back to 3 soon though, as it's their minimal perfect number). Had a cockatiel (is it a bird or a dog?) too, which was an amazing experience. My choice of pet is ruled by my lifestyle and the time I can devote to the creature.

How abou you?

Thing is most people don't know what a micro pig is and end up buying one that grows into one of the bigger variety !!

I'll stick with my Cat who's name is Taylor.

My son named her after his favourite female singer Taylor Swift.

My Brother had a Hamster when we were kids, called Hammy, he had it for a while until it eventually died I think... I had a tankful of Fish which my Uncle used to help me look after, I think they eventually died as well.

The last hamster I had flew in first class with me and had his own ticket. No kidding. I had loads of fun in the executive lounge 😄 I wish somebody filmed it, it was hilarious.

At present we have a lovely scatty cat called Riley, a hamster, Oscar and some suicidal fish, which my daughter insists on renaming constantly.

At present I am faced with the ultimatum to either get a dog or have a baby... watch this space I guess.

And we don't get the ever changing names? We have Cassandra the black cat and Bailey and Sid the polecat ferrets.

I thought I was bad but you beat me, Sir. That's a V7.0 little zoo. My bet is on baby *and* dog.

I never was allowed to have a pet 😞

Ever wanted a dog, and last year I finally persuded my dad to get one (I still live at my parent's house, it's just cheaper as having an own apartment)...And then we don't find "the perfect one" -.-

(Not too big, but not to small etc)

Would love to have a border collie and go to the rescue dog unit with him, but you have to pay all on yourself -.-

My last two dogs have been English Springer Spaniels both from the rescue society. Fantastic dogs!
