Apparently the fact that he would need 100 votes to stand, has ruled out the chance of Boris making any sort of comeback, according to the Guardian.

Latest is that 100 votes to be done by Monday 2pm which limits the number to 3 at the most. Or maybe just one. Which is unlikely for Boris to twist some arms in person as he's on holiday again in the Caribbean. However, seems he's already got an understanding of 38 people at time of writing. Work that one out 😧

Either way, the Conservatives are done come the next election only to replaced by the Labour party with exactly the same policies but with a different class of idiots and worse. Assuming that they will get a majority which, based on the elections over the last 20 years, getting over the threshold for Labour is going to take some doing.

Will be interesting to see the turnout numbers to see what other parties have taken votes if people decide to vote.
