Any customer (Apple or otherwise) would be much happier without the screw up in the first place though :wink:

Yeah, not bad....
WiFi dropping out, bluetooth not connecting and a complete loss of network connection :wink:

Yes it was fixed although the update that caused some iPads and iPhones to show 'No Service' - apparently users in Australia were the ones most affected was inexcusable!

Wifi connection issues caused too.

However we're all human and things happen and as such it is what is then done to rectify it that then counts.

Apple resolved the issues quite quickly.

I didn't have issues with my iPhone.

 

My iPad Air was having a few stability issues ref wifi which is now fixed.

 

Seems like Android is having its own issues too.
