Dogs rights are to have equal representation with cats in the Community.

It is a breach of our human rights otherwise and is enshrined in the Dogs Have Rights Too Act 2015 which I have just put to Parliament and has been rushed through.

O2 Community to give equal rights.

Mind you I do agree....equal (or nearly equal ) rights for dogs is the order of the day....
