I think at the time @Anonymous posted, 2hrs 18mins would take him past midnight...so it would no longer be Curmudgeon Day

I just stuck the quilt over me head and woke up feeling even more miserable than yesterday...

The cheerful plan failed but normal service has resumed.. GOOD! 😞
