False alarm - both app and web still look like they used to, once I could log back in to either Forum or main website. A 180 has been performed 😆

@pgn was epecting an ollie or a reverse twist tongue And I want to know if Tony Hawk was involved 🤣

But in all fairness its only moving existing customers, They will treat VM customers as new customers, i would expect, so no historic billing, no boltons, or anomalies....  Just dodgy belgian sim cards , lol

Take 2 - this time web-based MyO2 is fubar'd...

Gotta be 360 this time, right? At 8pm in a Monday, 1 day before the end of the month...

Don't talk of Belgian SIM cards. Virgin have been proactive removing the SIM Toolkit, the only way many iPhone users can roam in the Channel Isles and IOM. .. Another complaint came through today.

Oh and one of the senior forum reps said they have never used Belgian SIM cards and I'm making it up.

@Enlli

I think I may have an email somewhere from Virgin Media Business, when we where looking at the whole VMB proposal, think at the time it was a Vendor renewal process,  and testing some EE VM sims that the sims where Belgian Sim Cards roaming in the UK, using the UK dial plan...  and they admitted that was the case...

Our reaction at the time was WTF, and we passed on them, and stuck with o2..
