Though I'd be more worried about the aspartame in the diet Coke rather than the Coke itself. Full fat all the way!

Unfortunately Full Coke plays havoc with my blood sugar levels.

Ahhh are you a diabetic? Yeah, my fella is only allowed full fat when he's low.

I've found Tesco's own brand is aspartame free, I love their own version of Sprite.

I keep a bottle of lucozade in at home and work just in case.

 

Or a small bar of chocolate.

 

I'll look into Tesco's.

 

Does it taste ok.... ie not like cheap panda pop or in Peter Kay's words " Rola-Cola"

I've just got him a load of Lucazade sport gels to try.

Haha, no, it's actually really nice, I'm not a fan of Rola-Cola at all, I'm a proper drink snob but I really rate them.

They do a really nice Cherry Coke zero, Dr Pepper (Dr Thunder) and a nice vimto, in fact their fake Tango is nice as well. I'm not a fan of Asda's, they all taste too artificial.
