You wouldn't have teeth like that if it was full sugar

I try not to eat or drink anything with artificial sweetener in it. I know it's been 'proved' to be safe but to me, anything artificial and 200 times sweeter than sugar can't be good for you. I hate the current NHS advert where they suggest cutting out full sugar drinks (fair enough) but replace them with sugar free. What's wrong with good old fashioned water!?!

Flavoured sparkling water. All the main poopermarkets do it. No added sugar. Lovely 😎

The high street £1 shops are good for this kind of product too.

Unfortunately some of the younger generation are opting for energy drinks.

They now need i.d to buy it !

Sadly we live in a world where manufacturers make stuff that is bad for us so they can turn a profit.

Have you ever noticed that things like crisps chocolate and alcohol are always having offers but the healthy food doesn't?

Indeed I was in one supermarket where the full fat version of some products was showing 50% extra fee but the so called light versions of the same product? ?? FULL PRICE. I don't shop there anymore (Morrisons)

The problem with lighter versions is they remove the fat and replace it with other things. I was told by the trainer at the gym to have full fat versions of everything as it's actually better for you.
