Why priority keeps showing erro 404?

Trying to activate Disney + but can't do it with priority keeps showing erro404 is that some kind of scam?

No scam but a known error that O2 is investigating.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else
