Access the priority queue at o2 Academy - help ?

Hi going to the staircase gig at o2 Academy Glasgow on Thursday spotted the priority queue option and when I went to download the voucher it said it expired in 240 mins ? How does this system work ? Do u need a paper voucher or do they look at ur phone on the night ? No clue here ....

You should have the option to 'save to use later' via the app. If you have any concerns you could print it off to make doubly sure?

It used to be ask staff show phone they saw o2 on the network icon put you in the que will look up t&c
