I recently took part in a 40 percent discount that has gone terribly wrong .The items that were to be delivered which included a new iPhone was going to cost me money so I refused the delivery. However, when I looked at my O2 account they had already taken the money from my account without my authorisation and included a monthly device plan which I never authorised and changed my tariff . This is completely horrific for me because I’m going to be spending a lot of money for my O2 bills which is what I’ve been trying to avoid. I’m so confused I don’t think there’s anything I can do . But I really would like a refund . What do you think I can do about it ?

I'm afraid the 40% discount was a scam @Lolade
You need to speak to O2 urgently and ask for the fraud team. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
You also need to inform the police
Ways to report here including Action Fraud website

Change your account password and see if your bank can recover the money for you.
