yesterday i was trying to get a replacement sim for one i lost, o2 expected me to remember the balance on my account as a security question, i had other proof i owned the sim, i have the sim serial number and even the packaging the sim came in, o2 said that was not enough, when i pretended i would upload some pornography to the o2 forum if my problem was not sorted they suddenly could provide me a new sim!
so to make o2 sort a problem pretend you will upload some pornography to here (NEVER actually do it)

If you have stolen a SIM you would be able to give them the serial number, thereby circumventing personal security.
With a threat and suggestion like that I'm surprised you have not been thrown off the network

I am surprised you haven't had a visit from HM Constabulary under the Misuse of Communications Act, as you are making threats...
And to be honest you have to be stupid to even say this, as they have your name, phone number and all your personal data...
What a prat!!!!
