If you send a pm to abs or one of the site admins they will help.(many threads about this) just one here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Home-Broadband-Home-Phone/Webmail-Account-Disabled/td-p/222683 and abs here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/General/webmail/m-p/228891#M315
You will need to scan your system for virus/ malware and change your login password as if you are getting the same errors your account has been disabled due to spam issues.
If you send yourself an email from another email address what response do you get.

It amazes me the number of people who rely on O2 Webmail for business.
Having had my own business since 1995, I can advise people that they need something much more robust. Also something that has a lot more storage - you may never know, but you may need that e-mail from three years ago.

I have o2 mail just for o2 forum notifications pop3
a personal mail account with my isp Pop3 (had the email address since 1995)
A business email imap with 1gb of storage (own domain)
A gmail account imap but used as a storage platform for archiving old work / personal emails approx 10gb storage space available used 3% for important messages
I would not rely on o2's mail system for business. You can get Gmail to auto collect any pop3 mail and you can then reply with a gmail address. I have found Gmail to be usefull as I have many years of personal email archived and the last 2 years of work emails since we formed the company.
Sorry to digress from the issue

I too am having a problem with o2 webmail.
I can access it OK and even receive them normally.... BUT then the fun begins when I try to "compose" or write an email!
I can put in the recipient - and subject....But the message area is a totally unusable arrangement of blocks and lines. If you try typing over or in among all of it or below it - it starts moving about...eek! The funny thing is that although what you type is invisible to you - if you are daft enough to "send" - it goes and it arrives as normal.....LOL
I have phoned o2 and they have passed me around like it was a game of pass the parcel and I get nowhere. This has been ongoing for months now and luckily I only use o2 as a back-up for when I am away from home etc or if my usual emailer goes down as it is a stand-alone one..
Has anybody else experienced this and where do I go for help please?
I may add that this has only developed on one of my computers - the other one is absolutely normal.....and both work off the same system - so I am at a total loss to understand what is wrong........any suggs anybody?
Many thanks in anticipation....
Yours aye ...Fedup Alzheimer!!

Thank you for your suggestions and I will indeed change the password but every other aspect of the webmail is just fine ....as I say - I can send things out - but can't see what I have written....LOL
Emails arrive as per normal and I have sent stuff in deliberately from several other addresses and had other people do so for me and all arrive perfectly!
It is just the area where one types a message that is all jiggly lines etc!

Ha, I missed that, not an O2 issue at all.

"Ha, I missed that, not an O2 issue at all"......so whose issue is it then....
...and more to the point where do I go for help please and thankyou!
My security and antiwhatsits are all bang up to date - the same on both machines as well..which brings me back to square one....:smileysad:

"My security and antiwhatsits are all bang up to date - the same on both machines as well"
I think you need to ensure that statement is correct.
Apply simple logic to this problem.....2 machines connected in exactly the same way, one shows a fault and the other doesn't.
It may be a graphics problem, it may be a browser add-on, I doubt that any AV or firewall would create that.

Thank you.... I will now have to whistle up my PC Guru as I haven't got the foggiest idea how to go about it and at my age do NOT want to have to start learning....
Everything else works perfectly and I can manage without emailing via o2....have had to for the past 6+ months..but I really appreciate your input and suggestion as it has been puzzling me.
Many thanks again......
