O2 roaming - speed test results

Thought I might start a thread where people can post their speed test results when roaming, given last summer's debacle. It's been great for me so far.

Was at Prague airport on 22 June 2018 and got 82Mbps up / 25 down on O2 CZ.

Now in the city centre of Gijón, Asturias, NW Spain and got this on Movistar.

Doing a tour around the coast into Galicia and then to Madrid so I'll post from other locations. Maybe others might join in?

I won't be going abroad this year @GJD but I think it's a sound idea for others to post their speeds on here.

As you say, with the awful throttling from last year it would be great to see improvements

I just wonder if they would be the same when 'peak' travel season is on us.... ie middle of July to the beginning of September?

It will be very interesting to see the speeds posted then.

I'd probably expect to see relatively low speeds on cells serving an airport, simply due to the number of devices logged onto them.

Now in Luarca, Asturias -- a small fishing town...  Movistar - 147 Mbps! I've never ever had such fast speeds through my phone, ever!

Anyone OUTSIDE the Eu managed to run any speed tests?

I know Gatwick is pretty terrible but 82Mbps in a busy Prague airport
was way better than anything I've ever had on 4G in the UK on O2.
