twice in 3 months....this is beyong a joke.
I didn't have network or internet from farnborough to huddersfield. At one point I was stationary on the motorway due to a serious accident and had no way of getting in touch with anyone. I missed work phone calls due to this. Really is the final straw! Network is becoming unreliable!!!

I had the problems this afternoon with o2, this is the second time within a few months, I have been with o2 since January, and it has been worse than when I was with vodafone, something need to change to keep me woth o2

Mine went down at 4pm today and still down. This is twice this year. Been with them for over 10 years and i think when the contract finishes i will not renew. One unhappy customer.

Sick and tired of awful service from O2 no service yet again, second time in four months. Totally unacceptable. I wonder if O2 will allow those affected again to cancel contract and return handset without charge / penalies as the service is clearly not fit for purpose.
Will never go with O2 again!

cant believe my phones been off for 6 hours now, not been able get in touch with anyone, very dissapointed with o2 :'(
